  • Each session includes mindfulness exercises, a guided watercolor painting, reflection, and a closing affirmation. It’s a gentle, supportive space designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

  • All materials are provided — including watercolor paper, paints, brushes, and any additional supplies you’ll need.

  • Sana Sana workshops will only work with watercolor paints.

  • No. This is not therapy. Sana Sana is a guided, mindful art experience designed to support self-reflection and creativity, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

  • This space is open to anyone, but it was created especially for those who are exploring their emotions, creativity, and personal growth — including those from Latino backgrounds who may not have had spaces to express these things growing up.

  • Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable to you. This is a judgment-free space.

  • Each session lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours, giving you enough time to fully immerse yourself without feeling rushed.

  • Small bottled waters are going to be provided with a very light snack.

  • Yes, absolutely. It’s a great way to connect with others in a supportive space.

  • Spots are limited, so all bookings are final. If you’re unable to attend, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate you for a future session.
